IMPORTANT: Amendments to Building Regulations

Amendments to Approved Documents F and L, and new Approved Documents O and S came into force on 15th June 2022. These amendments do not apply to submissions received prior to this date, providing that works commenced before 15th June 2023.

High Risk Building Applications

From the 1st October 2023, any building control applications for buildings that meet the high risk building definition can only be submitted directly to the Building Safety Regulator. For more information on this change visit Health and Safety Executive: Building Safety Regulator.
