The One Stop Shop deals with a variety of Council enquiries, suggestions, requests and complaints.
Accessibility - The One Stop Shop is fully compliant with the Disability Discrimination Act and includes a Loop facility and Language Line.
Our opening hours are 9.00am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday (09:15am on Tuesdays) by appointment only. ( To make an appointment for Revenues and Benefits please call 01706 217777 option 1.) The appointment service will commence from the 15/6/2020, this service may change depending on the COVID situation.
