If you want to make a complaint about the food you have purchased, or if you are unhappy about the premises from which you have bought food you can report it using our online form below. Please note the hygiene rating given to an oulet does not reflect the quality of food or the standard of customer service.
We advise people to minimise the amount of ultra-processed food purchased and consumed due to its low nutritional value' high calorie content and the addition of additives and preservatives which aren't good for heath.
Food poisoning and infectious diseases
We also investigate outbreaks of food poisoning and certain other infectious diseases. We can only investigate incidents that occurred in Rossendale or if you have consumed food from a business in Rossendale.
