To apply for a HMO licence please click here

The cost of a new HMO application is currently Part A £719.70 which needs to be paid on application. If the licence is issued then Part B charge of £279.50 is payable

The cost of a renewal, after 5 years, is Part A £700.70 and Part B £279.50
